As **Country Manager B2C Oceania**, you will turn financial and market insight into action, strengthen business partnerships and lead the operating rhythm that drives profitable growth.If you enjoy, sales operations, financial analysis, operational execution and leading through influence, this is a high-impact regional role with real growth potential.**Accountabilities:*** Lead the Oceania B2C growth strategy with business partners.* Use financial modelling, P&L; insight and performance diagnostics to grow revenue, margin and market share.* Improve distributor operating performance, demand forecasting, portfolio effectiveness and supply reliability.* Prioritise high-return opportunities and guide commercial investment decisions.* Partner across Shell teams to convert customer demand into profitable growth.* Build trusted relationships with business partners, customers and internal stakeholders.**What you will bring*** Financial analytical modelling, including P&L; interpretation,
