Position Summary:
Application Specialist- Triaging incoming cases, Troubleshoot, analyze, and identify software-related issues and propose solutions while providing an exceptional customer experience . Own, investigate, and resolve complex issues within agreed SLAs. Implementation of application which involves product Upgrades, server Migrations and Installation of the product & Integration services, Installing, configuring, testing, maintaining and administering new and upgraded networks, software database applications, servers and workstations.
Mandatory Skills:
C#, .Net 4.8, WPF, .Net Core 3.1, MS SQL, Azure Storage, Javascript
Hands-on on AI tools
Experience in the healthcare domain
Experience in a technical support position with clients who require complex troubleshooting
Understanding of .Net based client server products/solutions and implementations
Good hands-on Delphi, Firebird
Duties and Responsibilities:
Level 2 Application Specialist - Triaging incoming cases, Troubleshoot, analyze, and identify software-related issues and propose solutions while providing an exceptional customer experience
Own, investigate, and resolve complex issues within agreed SLA's.
Experience in Implementation which involves product Upgrades, server Migrations and Installation of the product & Integration services, Installing, configuring, testing,



maintaining and administering recent and upgraded networks, software database applications, servers and workstations
Performing the operational establishment and preventive maintenance of backups, and recovery procedures, and enforcing security and integrity controls
Testing database systems and upgrades, such as debugging, tracking, reproduction, logging and resolving all identified problems, according to approved quality testing scripts, procedures and processes
Troubleshooting and providing service support in diagnosing, resolving and repairing server-related hardware and software malfunctions, encompassing workstations and communication infrastructure
Preparing and maintaining documentation, policies and instructions, and recording and detailing operational procedures and system logs
Ensure every action, update and interaction regarding investigations is clearly documented within the case notes.
Escalate to Level 3 when an issue is outside of existing skillset.
Communicate with customers promptly and consistently (via phone, remote sessions, teams meetings, emails), providing progress updates, setting customer expectations, confirming root cause and educating customers when resolved.
Provide feedback to training team, case creator and Team Leader where appropriate to ensure knowledge gaps and documentation is up to date. Work closely with product management and development teams to report customer feedback and potential product improvements
Contribute towards the creation and upkeep of knowledge articles
Proactively identify 'at risk' cases prior to them exceeding Service Level time thresholds
Review customer requests and feedback periodically with Team Leader and/or Customer Service Manager to identify and act on opportunities for improvement
Salary Range: $85,000 to $95,000
