The Community Mental Health Rehabilitation Team is seeking a Part time Community Mental Health Clinician to join the Care Coordination Team in Hornsby Ku-ring-Gai. You will contribute to recovery-orientated assessments, collaborative treatment planning, and comprehensive care coordination for allocated consumers, including development and evaluation of the DBT program.
