About the Role
n
As Store Manager, you'll take full ownership of the day-to‐day running of the new location — from financial performance and rostering to team leadership and customer experience. You'll lead a team of Front of House staff and Bakers, so baking experience or knowledge will come in handy!

What You'll Do
n
n
Drive sales performance and implement strategies to grow the business
n
Prepare rosters and manage wage budgets to meet targets
n
Oversee stock, ordering, and supplier relationships
n
Recruit, onboard, coach and develop your team
n
Champion an exceptional, consistent customer experience
n
Ensure the store meets WHS, food safety and hygiene standards
n
Support other Butterboy stores with training and shift coverage when needed
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n




2+ years' experience in a similar retail/hospitality management role
n
Qualifications in management, or equivalent hands-on experience
n
A genuine passion for customer service and team leadership
n
Robust organisational and financial acumen (rostering, wage budgets, stock control)
n
Current First Aid Certificate (preferred)
n
NSW FSS (Food Safety Supervisor) Certificate (preferred or willing to obtain)
n
Flexibility to support other Butterboy locations as needed
n
