n Salary: $80,000 p.a. + Super
n Roster: Monday to Friday | 7:00am - 3:00pm

Step into a key operational role with Cater Care as Chef Manager in Craigieburn. We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage day-to-day kitchen workflow, ensure superior food presentation, uphold strict health and hygiene standards, and drive performance across the local culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
n

Direct day-to-day kitchen operations, staff scheduling, and service execution to ensure maximum efficiency during peak hours
n
Drive menu development and food preparation while ensuring exceptional standards of quality, taste, and presentation
n
Manage stock ordering, inventory tracking, and cost-control measures to actively minimise food wastage
n
Maintain strict adherence to all food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness regulations
n
Deliver an engaging,



professional presence in an open-kitchen environment and assist with general hospitality duties as required
n

Desired Skills and Experience
n
About You
n
n
Experienced Chef Manager, or Senior Cook holding relevant Trade Qualification, Food Safety Supervisor Certification, and a driver's license
n
Demonstrated capability in leading small teams, managing daily kitchen workflows, and maintaining operational efficiency
n
Well-organised multi-tasker with strong verbal communication skills and basic proficiency in Google Workspace
n
Dedicated to maintaining superior food quality, presentation, and workplace safety standards at all times
n
Positive, approachable, and flexible skilled who thrives in an open kitchen and readily assists across overall business operations
n
