Egis is seeking a hands-on Technology Support Lead to run frontline IT across four QLD offices in Brisbane. You will deliver advanced Level 2 support spanning hardware, software and AV, while driving service improvements and acting as the trusted IT voice for engineering and project delivery teams.
You will manage one direct report, travel between sites to stay visible, and coordinate with the global IT organisation to keep teams running smoothly.
