Australia Post is seeking a Manager Programs to lead the identification, design and delivery of strategic programs that strengthen the Delivery Partner operating model across Australia. You will work with Operations, Technology, Finance, Procurement and Legal to drive initiatives that improve network capability, reduce cost to serve and improve customer experience.
You'll build business cases, define future-state operating models and develop roadmaps aligned with strategic objectives.
