About the Senior Occupational Therapist role
Make a meaningful impact as a Senior Occupational Therapist, delivering evidence-based care in home and community settings. Use your clinical expertise and leadership skills to support independence, safety and wellbeing while helping shape high-quality OT services.
Reporting to the Occupational Therapy Coordinator, this is a ongoing part-timerole (0.5 FTE). Offices located in the Northern Suburbs.
Your Passion and Commitment will see you:
Deliver safe, high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy services.
Partner with clients to set goals, build capacity and support wellbeing.
Lead clinical practice, service improvement and quality initiatives.
Supervise and mentor Occupational Therapists, AHAs and students.
Evaluate service outcomes, identify improvements and raise service issues.
To succeed in this role you will have:
Registered Occupational Therapist with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Recognised qualification as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
Eligible for membership of the Occupational Therapy Association of Australia
Hold and maintain current Australian driver's licence
Provider registration with State Wide Equipment Program (SWEP) (desired)
