Seasonal Casual Freight Handlers - StarTrack Bendigo
From the warehouse floor to the open road, our seasonal team keep everything moving. Join us during our busiest time of the year and be part of a supportive team delivering for every Australian. Seasonal team members to commence 19 October **** and assisting us to deliver until the new year (approximately end of January ****), depending on parcel volume .
About the role:
5.30am - *****am OR
7.00am - *****pm
Working Monday to Friday
Handloading parcels and cartons from conveyor belts into trucks, ready for our drivers to head out on the road
Wrapping freight by hand or using a shrink wrapper (you know - like the ones at the airport), electronically scanning parcels and updating documentation.
Forklift licence and experience highly desired

You are physically fit and can be on your feet all day
Have good geographical knowledge
Experienced in manual handling

Can lift at least 30kg – we assess this at a pre-employment medical check to help make sure you're safe on the job
Laser focused, even when the role gets repetitive
If you've got a forklift licence that's a plus, since this comes handy moving freight around the warehouse
