About The Opportunity
NSW Health Pathology is seeking a Project Support Officer to join our Organisational Development Team within the People and Culture Directorate. In this role, you will support our organisational development initiatives by monitoring progress, ensuring continuing alignment to our strategic priorities and participate in the planning and delivery of projects as they evolve. What You'll Be Doing
To support the management, implementation, and facilitation of a diverse portfolio of Organisational Development (OD) initiatives that drive positive workforce culture and organisational capability across NSW Health Pathology.
The role provides comprehensive project management, high-level administration, and delivery support across key priorities - including staff engagement, values and behaviors, capability frameworks, and performance development.
Working collaboratively within the Organisational Development team, the incumbent ensures project execution while actively role-modeling the organisation's RITE values.
