Location: Sydney Olympic Park, RFS Headquarters (hybrid/flexible working arrangements considered)
What you'll be doing:
Design engaging, accessible training resources that help RFS volunteers and staff build skills and protect communities.
Our Ideal Candidate:
Collaborative graphic design professional with a passion for supporting people by designing clear, accessible and interactive learning resources.
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Word, and other contemporary graphic design software.
Sound judgement and attention to detail.
Ability to build effective relationships, manage competing priorities and produce quality, compliant training materials, with an appreciation of volunteer-based service and a commitment to supporting RFS members.
A knowledge of eLearning authoring and video creation tools is advantageous but not essential.
