About the Role
n
Worksforyou is recruiting on behalf of a large and well-established construction company operating in the ACT. We are seeking experienced and reliable Crane Operators / Dogmento join a professional construction team and work across major construction and infrastructure projects.
n
The successful candidates will have between3 and 10 years of industry experience, hold the required crane operating licenses, and possess all relevant dogging and rigging tickets.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Safely operate cranes in accordance with site and legislative requirements
n
Perform dogging and rigging duties as required
n
Direct and communicate with crane crews and site personnel
n
Inspect lifting equipment and identify potential hazards
n
Follow SWMS, site procedures and workplace health and safety requirements
n
Assist with loading, unloading and positioning materials
n
Maintain a professional and reliable approach on every site
n

About You
n
n




3–10 years' experienceas a crane operator and dogmen
n
Current and relevant crane operating licenses
n
CurrentDogging High Risk Work License
n
Rigging qualifications and experience
n
Experience working across construction, infrastructure or industrial environments
n
Strong understanding of lifting procedures and safety requirements
n
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
n
A reliable, professional and safety-focused attitude
n
The ability to pass site medicals, drug and alcohol testing, where required
n
White Card and reliable transport
n
n
Additional tickets, including a forklift license, EWP, working at heights or confined spaces, will be highly regarded.
