DEECA is seeking a Senior Asset Officer to lead asset management for Victoria's fleet, overseeing lifecycle, maintenance, compliance, and performance insights. You will coordinate with operational teams, suppliers and contractors to improve asset readiness and lifecycle management.

You will also guide a small team, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure safety, innovation and customer service across the fleet portfolio in a hybrid work setting.
