The State of Victoria is recruiting for a VPS4 Communications and Engagement Advisor - Customer Experience in a fixed-term role (until 2 April ****). The position focuses on high-quality customer service, stakeholder engagement, and project support across the VSBA and related divisions.
You will lead communications initiatives, manage enquiries, and contribute to the Customer Service Charter and CSAP, working with the Customer Experience Team Leader and colleagues to deliver responsive services.
