With continued growth across the business, we have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team in this newly created role.
n
You'll play an significant part in supporting recruitment across the group and ensuring our candidates and hiring managers receive a professional, organised and positive recruitment experience.
n

Your Role
n
No two days will be the same. You'll be involved across the recruitment process, from advertising and candidate screening through to coordinating interviews, trials, offers and onboarding.
n
You'll work closely with our venue teams, keep recruitment activity organised and on track, and help us continue building strong talent pipelines as the business grows.
n
Your Key Responsibilities
n
Support the recruitment journey across all St Albans venues, including candidate screening, shortlisting and initial candidate communication.
n
Coordinate interviews and trials, keeping candidates and hiring managers informed throughout the process.
n
Support offers and onboarding, helping create a smooth and positive experience for every new team member.
n
Keep recruitment records, trackers and reporting accurate and up to date.
n
Work closely with the TA team and venue leaders to build talent pipelines and support recruitment needs as we continue to grow.
n
About You
n
You're a natural organiser who loves working with people and enjoys being part of a busy, fast-moving environment. You're proactive,



approachable and take pride in keeping things organised and delivering a outstanding candidate experience.
n
You'll bring:
n
1-3 years' experience in Talent Acquisition, HR administration or a similar coordination-focused role, with a genuine interest in building a career in recruitment.
n
Strong organisation skills with the ability to confidently juggle multiple priorities.
n
Great attention to detail and a natural ability to keep things on track.
n
Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional approach.
n
A genuine interest in people and creating a positive candidate experience.
n
Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
n
A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to jump in and support the team.
n
Hospitality or high-volume recruitment experience would be a bonus but isn't essential.
n
Knowledge of HRIS systems, with experience using Tanda highly regarded.
n
You're available to work full-time, Tuesday to Saturday.
