We are expanding our presence throughout the Scenic Rim and are looking for an ambitious, high-performing Solar & Battery Specialist to take ownership of this opportunity — based at our new Canungra Showroom, next to the BP and Outpost Café.
This is not an entry-level sales role. This is not volume churn. This is high-trust, high-value sales for customers who want their solar and battery investment done properly.
You will meet with customers who are already interested in solar and battery solutions. Your role is to understand their situation, identify their needs, educate them on their options and confidently guide them towards the right solution. You will be trusted to run your business like a qualified.
We have already done the hard work of establishing ESC in the Scenic Rim. Now we want someone who wants to take it further — to establish themselves as the face of ESC throughout the region and help grow the Canungra showroom into a major regional sales hub.
What You Will Be Doing
Run professional in-home and showroom consultations
Build strong relationships with customers throughout the Scenic Rim
Present tailored solar, battery and energy solutions
Explain complex energy solutions in a simple and compelling way
Lead the sales conversation with confidence and professionalism
Close deals based on value rather than discounting
Manage your pipeline and follow-up activities
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity
Build referral and community relationships
Represent the ESC brand throughout the Scenic Rim
You will take ownership of your results and your territory.
Leads and Support
You won't be expected to build everything from scratch. You will be stepping into a region where significant work has already been completed, with the support of an established business.

Walk-in customers through our Canungra showroom




Technical design and engineering support
Dedicated installation teams
Dedicated service support
