We're excited to offer a fantastic leadership opportunity for an Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) to join our exceptional team at Epworth Freemasons!
This part-time (.9 EFT) role is perfect for an experienced, passionate and motivated Registered Nurse who is ready to take the next step in their leadership career and make a meaningful impact on patient care and team culture.
Join our dynamic 1 East Surgical Ward, a fast-paced and rewarding environment specialising in the care of pre and post-surgical patients across urology, gastroenterology, general surgery and breast surgery.
As an ANUM, you'll play a key leadership role within the ward, supporting and inspiring a high-performing team to deliver outstanding patient-centred care. We're looking for someone who leads with enthusiasm, collaboration and compassion, while maintaining a strong focus on clinical excellence and quality outcomes.

Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager - 1 East, you will bring expert clinical knowledge, innovative management skills and an ability to lead collaborative change in this highly respected speciality area.

The annual salary range for a full time ANUM effective 1 July **** - $120,595 - $124,661 AUD + super + entitlements, depending on registration type, year level and position (prorated for part-time).
