Wednesday & Thursday 6:00 am to 2:30pm
Key Responsibilities
Culinary Leadership:
Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure high-quality, efficient, and timely meal services.
Tailored Dining & Nutrition:
Prepare standard menus as well as specialized, texture-modified, and therapeutic diets tailored to residents' needs.
Quality Assurance:
Maintain high culinary standards, ensuring food flavor, optimal temperature, and appealing visual presentation.
Safety & Compliance:
Uphold rigorous food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards across all shifts.
Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with staff to foster a productive, positive, and supportive kitchen culture.
Desired Skills and Experience
Qualifications & Requirements
Qualifications:
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification).
Relevant Experience:




Proven background in fast-paced kitchens; experience in aged care, healthcare, hospitality, or commercial catering is highly desirable.
Resident-Focused Approach:
Empathetic and dedicated to meeting individual dietary needs and preferences.
Leadership & Reliability:
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to maintain smooth operations during weekend shifts.
