Join Star Pharmacy Group as a full-time Pharmacy Services Manager and experience the variety of working across different pharmacies, with the security, advantages and career development of a permanent role.
n
Working across our metropolitan Brisbane and Sunshine Coast pharmacies, with occasional travel to regional Queensland (dependent on needs, but generally around 1 regional placement per 6 months), you'll support different teams, deliver exceptional patient care, and gain valuable exposure across a diverse pharmacy network.

And with 6 weeks of annual leave, paid travel and generous travel allowances, there's plenty to enjoy outside of work too.

What You'll Do
n
As a Pharmacy Services Manager, no two weeks will look exactly the same.
n
You'll:
n
Deliver high-quality patient care, DAAs and 8CPA professional services across our QLD pharmacies.
n
Support pharmacy workflows, clinical compliance and continuity during floating rotations.
n
Adapt quickly to different pharmacy environments and become a trusted member of each team you support.
n
Share best-practice ideas and bring learnings from across the network into our pharmacies.
n
Work alongside a range of Pharmacy Managers and leaders, gaining broad exposure to different teams and operating environments.
n
Help our pharmacies continue delivering a consistently high standard of care when additional support is needed.
n
What You'll Bring
n
You might be an experienced Pharmacist looking for greater variety, or an aspiring Pharmacy Manager wanting to broaden your operational and leadership experience.
n
You'll also bring:
n
Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
n
Community pharmacy experience.
n
Strong knowledge of 8CPA programs and pharmacy compliance.
n
MINFOS experience is preferred.
n
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships quickly.
n
Adaptability, initiative and confidence working across different pharmacy teams.
n
Enthusiasm for working across Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and travelling to regional Queensland when required.
