The Role of Food & Beverage Attendant
n
n
Deliver exceptional, personalised service to all guests in a warm and professional manner
n
Ensure prompt, accurate, and attentive delivery of food and beverage offerings
n
Maintain a thorough knowledge of menus, beverages and specials
n
Uphold the highest standards of presentation, hygiene and cleanliness
n
Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure seamless service
n
Contribute to a positive, energetic and high performing team environment
n
n
Setting you up for Success
n
n
6-12 months experience in Restaurant, Breakfast or Event service
n
A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
n
Flexibility in availability, including weekends and public holidays
n
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
n
Five-Star experience is advantageous, but not a necessity
