Candidate Requirements:
Registered Mental Health Nurse with relevant qualifications
2-3 years
post qualifying experience

Job/Role responsibilities:
Provide
comprehensive mental health assessments
, including risk assessments to support accurate diagnosis and care planning.
Deliver
evidence‐based therapeutic interventions
and support patients through recovery‐focused, person‐centred care.
Administer and monitor
medications
, ensuring safe practice, documentation, and reporting of side effects or changes in presentation.
Respond to
acute / forensic mental health crises
, using de‐escalation techniques and collaborating with crisis teams to ensure patient and staff safety.
Work collaboratively within
multidisciplinary teams
, contributing to case meetings, discharge planning, and ongoing coordination of care.
