Infinite Aged Care is seeking a Rostering & Staffing Specialist to lead front-line staffing at our Windsor care home. This full time, site-based role reports to the General Manager and focuses on rostering for day, afternoon and night shifts to ensure resident care continuity.

You will partner with the workforce optimisation team, manage shift changes and communicate availability to staff, while training users of our timekeeping system and maintaining confidential information.
