Your opportunity
As a valuedLifestyle Carer atAnglicare Sydney, you will design and deliver engaging lifestyle programs that promote social interaction, emotional wellbeing, and a sense of purpose to our residents.
With kindness and understanding, you will:
Facilitate group and individual activities tailored to residents' interests and abilities
Support residents in maintaining independence and dignity through meaningful engagement
Collaborate with care teams to integrate lifestyle support into holistic care plans
Encourage participation and build strong relationships with residents and families
Whatyou'llbring
You are a warm,empatheticand creative individual who is passionate about enhancing the lives of older people. You share our values of integrity, justice,compassionand excellence.
What'srequired:
NDIS Workers Screening Check
Certificate IV in Leisure and Health, or Bachelors of Diploma in Health Science or Community Services
Current First Aid Certificate
Availability to work Fridays, Saturdays and Sunday.
What'spreferred:
Experience in Aged Care and thorough knowledge of accreditation guidelines.




Lifestyle and activity facilitation skills.
Teamwork and collaborationwith nurses, allied health professionals, and other carers.
