The role supports enterprise bargaining, dispute resolution and ER strategy across a national footprint of over 6,000 employees, with flexible location in Brisbane or Perth.
You will partner with business leaders, advise on complex ER matters and help shape employee relations initiatives within Aurizon's large transport and rail operations.
