In this role, you'll:
You will provide project and administrative support across a nominated team, ensuring efficient delivery of project activities, reporting, documentation and operations.
You will coordinate information, records, purchasing and project administration activities in a complex infrastructure environment to support timely project outcomes.
You will maintain accurate project documentation and financial administration processes to support business performance and customer-focused outcomes.
About you
Demonstrated experience performing administrative or project support tasks, with solid document management, reporting and stakeholder support capabilities.
You're recognized as organized and customer-focused,



skilled at prioritizing competing demands while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
You bring experience in project administration and operational support to achieve effective team performance and project delivery outcomes.
This role requires you to be based in Grafton and operates under a hybrid working arrangement, with a minimum of three days per week in the office.
