Join the Team
As an ICT Procurement Officer within eHealth NSW's ICT Procurement team, you'll help deliver sourcing and procurement activities that support NSW Health's digital transformation. Working alongside experienced procurement professionals, you'll contribute to procurement projects, category management initiatives, and commercial outcomes that deliver value across the health system.
In this role, you will:
Lead
procurement projects
across a range of ICT categories, from sourcing through to contract execution.
Develop procurement documentation
including evaluation plans, recommendations, reports, and contract documentation.
Support category management and sourcing strategies
to optimise value, manage risk, and achieve business outcomes.
Build strong stakeholder relationships
across NSW Health and with external suppliers to deliver effective procurement outcomes.
Ensure compliance and probity
by maintaining accurate procurement records and adhering to legislative and policy requirements.
Leverage digital and AI-enabled tools
to support research, analysis, reporting, and procurement activities.
About You
You'll thrive in this role if you're a proactive procurement professional who enjoys building relationships, managing competing priorities, and delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Experience supporting or delivering procurement activities within a complex organisation or service environment.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build productive relationships and work collaboratively with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret information, identify risks, and develop practical solutions.
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver quality outcomes on time.
Knowledge of procurement governance, compliance and probity requirements, with strong attention to detail and documentation.
Confidence using digital and AI-enabled tools to support research, analysis, reporting, and procurement activities.
