We're leaders in hail damage claims management and roof restoration, experiencing massive growth. This role ensures the Director's time and focus go where they matter most.

What You'll Be Doing
Owning the Director's inbox and calendar – protecting and optimising his time
Acting as the strategic filter – knowing what needs his attention and handling the rest
Managing both professional and personal priorities – from board meetings to family commitments
Daily coffee runs - An essential part of the daily operations
Fleet management - Ensuring our fleet remains operational
Social Media Management - Monitoring Facebook and Instagram as well as approving content
Creating structured meeting agendas and keeping discussions focused
Recording and writing up meetings with insights on what was said and the dynamics in the room
Managing mainline calls – being the voice of Metro Hail when needed
Liaising with external parties – insurers, vendors, and partners
Spotting problems before they happen and building systems to prevent them

Solid communicator – you write clearly and capture meeting nuances

Discreet but confident – trusted with sensitive info and willing to speak up
Brisbane based – full-time in our Albion office (Mon–Fri, with flexibility for after-hours when required)

The Package
$85,000 – $90,000 base (depending on experience)
Performance bonuses
Full-time, onsite in Albion
Annual leave, sick leave and 12% super
