About the Role
We have an exciting Permanent Full-time opportunity for a Workday Specialist to join our group of Workday enthusiasts in the HR Systems team based out of Blackburn, Victoria with hybrid working arrangements.
Purpose of the Role
HR Systems are a highly regarded and valued team responsible for delivering a strategic roadmap and maintaining superior quality configuration while providing continuous enhancement of Workday, UKG and iChris and technical, analytical and operational support to various stakeholders. This role provides an excellent opportunity to apply your Techno/Functional knowledge of Workday, enhance it to the next level while also supporting Payroll and other downstream systems.
Roles and Responsibilities
Support Workday modules (such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Absences, Time Tracking, Expenses, Talent and Performance, Prism Analytics etc.) and troubleshoot & resolve tickets.
Implement, test and deploy enhancements to Workday.
Perform analysis and regression testing to support adoption and implementation of Workday Feature Releases.
Maintain system configuration and setup and configure reports and dashboards in Workday.
Work closely with other stakeholder teams to ensure processes are working as designed with a focus on delivering consistent and optimum user experience.
Manage and support Workday integrations with downstream systems, ensuring seamless and accurate data flow and optimal integrations performance.
Skills and Qualifications
Prior hands-on Workday HCM configuration experience (preferably across 2 or more modules)
with a thorough understanding of Workday Security fundamentals.
Degree/Diploma or Qualification in HR or Systems.
Possess above-average root-cause analytical skills and good communication skills.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask.
Outstanding stakeholder management skills and ability to foster lasting relationships.
