Finsure is looking for a
Home Loan Consultant
to join our growing team and speak with customers who have already expressed an interest in receiving help with their home loan.
This isn't traditional cold calling.
You'll be connecting with warm customer enquiries, understanding what they're looking for and helping connect them with the right next step in their home loan journey.
You don't necessarily need mortgage experience. We're interested in people who can communicate, connect and perform — we'll help you build your knowledge of the mortgage and lending industry.

What You'll Be Doing
Reporting to the Head of Business Innovation, you'll be part of a collaborative customer engagement team responsible for converting customer interest into meaningful conversations.
You will:
Contact customers who have already enquired about home loan assistance
Build rapport quickly and understand each customer's needs
Ask the right questions to identify and qualify genuine home loan opportunities
Guide customers through the next steps of the process
Confidently handle questions and objections
Work towards achievable activity, quality and conversion targets
Maintain accurate customer information within our systems
Participate in regular coaching, development and team sessions




Work closely with colleagues to deliver a positive customer experience
Who We're Looking For
Your background could be in
banking, insurance, telecommunications, utilities, automotive, customer service, contact centres, sales or another customer-focused environment.
Mortgage or lending experience would be an advantage, but it isn't essential.
What matters most is that you bring:
Confidence communicating with customers over the phone
A natural ability to build rapport and ask good questions
Experience working towards KPIs, targets or measurable outcomes
Resilience and a positive approach to customer conversations
Robust listening and communication skills
Motivation to achieve both individual and team goals
Good organisation and attention to detail
The ability to learn new systems, products and processes
You must currently reside in Australia and be an Australian Citizen or a Permenent Resident and have full Australian working rights.
