Big Science Sweden is seeking a senior, experienced HR skilled to lead the local HR function for the SKA-Low collaboration in Australia. The role operates within a matrix structure and reports to the Low Telescope Director, with a dotted line to the Director of HR in the UK.
You will partner with SKAO and CSIRO across three sites, shaping HR strategy for a growing, international team and ensuring effective people practices across time zones and organisational boundaries.
