About you
n
The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing secure, effective and appropriate patient care in a patient-focused environment. Based in Lenah Valley, Hobart. We are a small, dedicated team specialising in cardiac angiography/angioplasty and pacing, vascular angiography and open procedures, as well as cerebral angiography and interventions. Monday to Friday 7am - 6pm.

Demonstrated knowledge of current nursing issues and practices pertaining to position
n
Demonstrated understanding of risk management
n
Demonstrated experience working in a team environment
n
A willingness to learn and develop expertise in specialty
n
n
Desirable
n
n
Post graduate qualification relevant to the clinical area/coronary care or critical care
n
Basic computer skills
n
5 years clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
n
Previous experience in similar role
n
Demonstrated recent clinical experience in an acute care and/or hospital setting
n
Ability to work unsupervised, proficiently and in an organised manner during periods of high demand and activity
n




Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team
n
Demonstrated communication, interpersonal skills and customer service skills
n
A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
n
