Job Description
RGIT Australia is seeking Disability Support Workers to join a casual temporary team supporting two young men with autism and complex needs. You will implement structured routines, assist with daily living, and apply behaviour support strategies while maintaining explicit communication with the family and team.

Shifts include 7:00am–3:00pm, 3:00pm–10:00pm, and overnight 10:00pm–7:00am, with potential ongoing shifts for the right candidate. NSW driver's license and a vehicle are required.
