Pact Group, through its Pact Packaging division, seeks a Shift Supervisor to oversee the production hall on a shift basis. You will lead the production team, ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, and maintain accurate shift records.
The role reports to the Manufacturing Manager and works with the Site Quality Officer. Key tasks include assigning daily work, monitoring performance, coordinating maintenance, addressing non-conformances, and ensuring compliance with WHS and Food Safety standards.
