We are looking for a qualified Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Rise & Shine Kindergarten, Warner!
n
This is a Full Time role, 38 hours per week.
n

Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Designing and implementing inclusive, play based learning programs that foster children's development.
n
Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that supports children's social, emotional and cognitive growth.
n
Observing, assessing, and documenting children's learning progress to inform curriculum planning.
n
Building strong, positive relationships with children, families,
and colleagues to enhance learning outcomes.
n
Promoting language and literacy development through storytelling, role play and interactive experiences.
n
Ensuring compliance with the NQF and EYLF.
n
Leading and mentoring educators to maintain high quality early childhood education and care.
n
Communicating effectively with families to discuss children's progress, needs, and developmental milestones.
n

About You:
n
n
You're passionate aboutearly years education and committed to your own ongoing professional development.
n
You have adeep understanding of children's developmental stages and are excited about implementing best practices.
n
You're ateam player who loves working in a vibrant, supportive environment.
n
You have a strong knowledge of NQS, EYLF, and the Education and Care Services National Regulations.
n
Leadership experience is preferred.
n
n
What You'll Need:
n
n
At least 1 year of work experience
n
Early Childhood Teaching Degree or Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
n
First Aid certification and a valid Working with Children Check.
n
National Child Safety training.
n
Desirable: Asthma & Anaphylaxis and Child Protection Training.
n
n
