About us
At CareSuper, we believe we're Super Together. As a profit-to-member super fund with over 600,000 members and $60 billion in assets, we're passionate about helping our members retire with confidence. We're growing fast and looking for our next superhero to join us on this exciting journey.
About the role
As our new Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, you'll design and deliver intelligent lifecycle marketing activity that engages members at the right time, with the right message, based on their behaviour, lifecycle stage and key decision moments. Reporting to the Lifecycle Marketing Lead, you'll work as part of a cross‐functional squad to create personalised, always‐on journeys that improve member engagement, reduce decision friction and support better long‐term member outcomes.
You will:
Design, deliver,
test and optimise lifecycle campaigns and always‐on journeys across key member stages and decision points.
Develop personalised, contextually relevant messaging aligned to member journeys, key decision moments and next‐best‐action principles.
Apply behavioural science principles, such as loss aversion, default bias and social proof, to create effective nudges that prompt action and reduce decision friction.
Develop and manage message and creative variations to support A/B and multivariate testing across lifecycle campaigns and journeys.
Use behavioural, engagement and performance data to monitor campaign outcomes and identify opportunities to improve activation, engagement and member value.
Collaborate with creative, digital, CX, product and insights teams to deliver cohesive member experiences across lifecycle touchpoints.
What we're looking for
We're looking for a curious, insight‐driven marketer who understands how to use data, behavioural insight and personalised communications to influence member action.
You'll thrive in this role if you have:
Experience designing and delivering lifecycle, CRM or journey‐based campaigns across multiple channels.
A strong understanding of personalised messaging, next‐best‐action principles and test‐and‐learn approaches.
The ability to apply behavioural science techniques to campaign design, including nudges, prompts and decision‐friction reduction.
Strong analytical capability, with confidence interpreting engagement,
conversion and behavioural data to optimise campaign performance.
Experience with campaign decisioning principles, including timing, frequency, channel prioritisation and suppression logic.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, digital, business or a related discipline, or equivalent experience. Experience with marketing automation, CRM or decisioning systems will be highly regarded.
