MECCA is seeking an experienced Night Shift Team Leader for a fixed-term contract through January ****. You will lead and motivate the night team to achieve daily operational targets while prioritising Safety, Quality, Productivity and Service.
In this role you will coach and develop team members, coordinate labour and resources, and drive continuous improvement across the operation. You will work closely with Operations Managers and other shifts to ensure smooth execution.
