Westpoint Autos is seeking an enthusiastic and driven
Service Manager
to oversee our MG and XPENG Brands. This is your chance to step into a leadership role within a fast-growing dealership group known for its internal career pathways and industry-leading support.
Our Seventeen Mile Rocks site is a large-scale, high-volume facility, positioned for continued growth. As a Service Manager, you'll be responsible for steering day-to-day operations, delivering outstanding customer service, and leading a team of technical and front-of-house professionals.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
Overseeing the service operations for MG and XPENG.
Managing and mentoring a team of technicians, advisors, and admin staff
Driving brand performance against manufacturer and internal KPIs
Ensuring a consistently high level of customer satisfaction and retention
Collaborating with sales, parts, and pre-delivery teams to streamline workflow
Identifying and executing business growth opportunities
Ensuring compliance with all OEM and company policies and procedures
What You'll Bring:
Previous experience as a Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager within a dealership workplace
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a multi-brand setting
A track record of achieving or exceeding budgets
High-level leadership, communication,



and stakeholder management skills
Robust organisational skills and attention to detail
A genuine passion for customer service and team development
OTE $140,000+ - Salary + Uncapped Commission
