Belgravia Leisure is seeking an Aquatic Operations Manager at the NSW Auburn Ruth Everuss Aquatic Centre in Lidcombe. You will oversee all centre operations, lead the Lifeguard, Duty Manager and Operations teams, and drive safety, customer service and program delivery across a energetic aquatic facility.
The role requires strong leadership, a can-do attitude, and hands-on management of lifeguard supervision, compliance and maintenance. Weekend work may be required; a full-time schedule is expected.
