What you'll need
1+ years' Cost Management experience within a consultancy environment
A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related discipline
Experience or exposure to cost planning, estimating and pre-contract services
Exposure to post-contract services, including variations, progress claims and cost reporting, will be highly regarded
Strong numerical and analytical skills with positive attention to detail
Confidence communicating with clients, consultants and project stakeholders
An interest in developing specialist experience within the Data Centre sector
A collaborative approach and willingness to continue learning from experienced members of the team
