Parker Hannifin is seeking a Customer Service Officer to support our engineering services team and mining customers across WA. You will manage end-to-end order processing and change orders, issue PO acknowledgements, maintain JDE sales orders, and communicate dispatch dates and lead times via email and Ariba.
You will expedite critical POs, liaise with internal teams to keep work moving, and support invoice submission, credit card payments, and credits as needed.
