Management Team Leader to run a fast-paced department, manage a portfolio of their own, and mentor a team

What You'll Be Doing
Leading, coaching and motivating a team of property managers to hit performance targets and deliver exceptional service
Managing your own portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties, from leasing through to renewals and everything in between
Overseeing routine and entry/exit inspections, maintenance coordination, and lease renewals across the department
Handling escalated tenancy issues, arrears management, and tribunal matters with confidence
Driving department processes and systems to keep things running smoothly under pressure




Building solid relationships with landlords, tenants, tradespeople and internal sales teams
Reporting on portfolio performance and identifying opportunities for growth
