Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities for all properties under management.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.

Manage relationships with contractors and service providers to ensure quality workmanship.

Prepare and manage budgets for maintenance and repair projects.

Develop and implement preventative maintenance programmes to prolong the lifespan of facilities.

Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenditures.

Assist in the preparation of reports for management regarding building conditions and maintenance needs.

Qualifications:

Associate degree in Building Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in building supervision or property management.

Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and maintenance practices.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
