About The Role
The Client Care Coordinatoris responsible fordeliveringindustry-leading participant experience across every interaction and plays a critical role in improving access to services.The Client Care Coordinator acts as the first point of contact forenquiries from the public, participants,community service providers, medical and allied health professionals.
As a Client Care Coordinator at Everyday Independence, no two days will be the same. If you were here last week, these are some of the things you may have done:
Supported NDIS participants and families with enquiries, providing information about services and supports
Managedparticipant referrals and intake processes
Assistedparticipants and families to understand funding arrangements
Coordinated participant onboarding, welcomeemailsandappointment scheduling
Partnered with therapists and internal teams to supportapositive participant experience
Prepared,maintained,



and updated service agreements
Maintainedaccurateparticipant recordsand documentation
Supported invoicing, fundingadministrationand payment processes
Who We Are Looking For
To be considered for this role you'll need:
Demonstrated experiencein an administration or customer service role
Outstandingwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills
Strongcustomerserviceskills
Abilitytoworkcollaborativelywithinateamenvironment
Passion for supportingpeople withcomplexneedsinasupportive,empatheticand effective manner
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office and participant management systems
Prior to commencement,you'll also need to obtain a WorkingwithChildren's Check and NDIS Workers Screening Check
