About the Role:
n
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
n
n
Accurate financial daily processing and receipting of B Point and Back to School Boost Monies management.
n
Timely follow-up of outstanding accounts - debt management
n
Accurate and confidential HR / absence management recording and leave report tracking.
n
Compliance with Blue Card, Student Protection and mandatory training requirementsEffective coordination of relief staffing, currently Tracer Management
n




Timely preparation of invoices, consents and financial records
n
Transparent communication with parents, staff, contractors and visitors
n
Accurate record keeping for audit and accountability purposes
n
Consent Management Audit
n
Proactive preparation for excursions, camps and school events
n
Excursion Planner management
n
Escalation of complex or sensitive matters to the appropriate Principal, Deputy Principal, Business Manager or IT Technician.
n
Other suitable duties, consistent with the duties and responsibilities of the position as directed by supervisor or nominated delegate.
