Accor is seeking an experienced Restaurant & Bar Manager to lead Oak Room Restaurant and Bar operations, including conferencing and events as well as in-room dining. This is a fixed six-month position requiring on-floor leadership and a passion for guest service.
You will drive service standards, develop a high-performing team and collaborate with kitchen and hotel colleagues to deliver exceptional experiences. Evening and weekend work is required.
