Early Childhood Inclusion Support Educator
Part-time position, 20 hours per week - Monday to Thursday, 5 hours per day

We are seeking an
Inclusion Support Educator
to join our established team at
Little Zak's Academy Corrimal
.
This is a part-time position working 20 hours per week -Monday to Thursday, 5 hours per day.
The position will provide additional support within our
3-4 years learning environment
, working alongside the existing team to support the inclusion, participation, learning and wellbeing of children with additional needs.

About the role
As an
Inclusion Support Educator
, you will work collaboratively with our educators to provide additional support to children who require assistance to fully participate in the learning environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the inclusion and participation of children with additional needs
Working alongside educators to support children's individual learning and development
Assisting with the implementation of inclusive learning experiences and routines
Building positive and respectful relationships with children and families
Supporting children's engagement, participation and wellbeing throughout the day
Contributing to the planning, implementation and evaluation of learning experiences
Creating a safe,
secure and stimulating learning environment
Maintaining effective communication with educators and families
Working collaboratively with all team members
Maintaining a high level of health and safety at all times
About you
We are looking for a passionate, caring and inclusive educator who is committed to supporting every child to feel a strong sense of belonging.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
, or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
Experience working with children with additional needs is highly desirable
Current
Working with Children Check
Working knowledge of the
National Quality Framework, National Quality Standards (NQS) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
A genuine commitment to inclusion and supporting children's individual needs
The ability to build authentic and respectful relationships with children and families
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
First Aid Certificate, or willingness to obtain one
