About the Opportunity
We are looking for a
Receptionist
to join our
Gungahlin team
on a
Full-Time
basis. As the face of our clinic, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless experience for our patients and referrers in a fast-paced environment.
What you can expect:

A supportive, tight-knit team: Join a large, friendly team of Medical Receptionists,



working closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
Your role:
Be the welcoming face of the clinic, handling patient registrations, bookings, triage, and queries.
Process payments, issue receipts, and manage billing and invoicing.
Operate our booking system efficiently.
Assist with back-office activities, including outbound calls, data entry, and reporting.
About You:
Passionate about providing outstanding customer service and patient care.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience as a receptionist is, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
Comfortable working with different databases and systems.
