About the Role
n
Based at our facility in Bassendean (WA), this role is central to supporting our busy workshop and spare parts operations. You will work closely with our on-site technicians, internal Spare Parts Team and customers, providing expert advice and ensuring the accurate and timely supply of parts.
n
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. From assisting workshop staff with technical enquiries to supporting customer walk-ins at the counter, you will be a key point of contact, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer telephone and counter enquiries promptly and courteously
n
Provide accurate product information, spare parts advice,



and identification
n
Process payments, prepare sales orders, quotes, and related documentation
n
Deliver a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders
n
Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of parts
n
Expedite urgent parts requests as required
n
Resolve customer and internal enquiries efficiently
n
Assist with inventory coordination and stock management
n
n
About You
n

Experience in a Spare Parts, Automotive, or Technical workplace
n
Strong computer skills and attention to detail
n
Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
n
Ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
n
Flexible, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset
n
Mechanical aptitude or spare parts knowledge (highly desirable)
n
Willingness to learn and develop technical product knowledge
