What you'll be doing
n
As the Nurse Unit Manager, Neurology, you will provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure the delivery of safe, effective and high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for coordinating clinical services, managing resources,



supporting staff development and maintaining efficient ward operations in a busy specialty environment.

Lead, direct and coordinate patient care within the Neurology unit
n
Manage nursing staff, workforce planning, patient flow and resource allocation
n
Ensure safe, evidence-based nursing practice and high standards of clinical care
n
Foster a positive team culture through mentoring, coaching and professional development
n
Drive quality improvement, innovation and efficient ward management within budget
n
