What We're Looking For
We're looking for a
people focused leader
who is confident working with both customers and team members.
You'll ideally bring:
Proven leadership and team management experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service
The ability to remain calm and solution focused when managing challenges
Experience working towards sales targets and supporting team performance
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage rosters, stock and daily operations
Reliability, accountability and a willingness to lead by example
The ability to manage staff and customer concerns professionally and fairly
A positive, enthusiastic and empathetic approach
Minimum 2 years' management experience preferred;
We're particularly interested in candidates who have
face to face customer experience
and genuinely enjoy working with people. Retail, banking and other customer facing backgrounds are welcomed.

enthusiastic, kind, empathetic and a real people person,
someone who wants to support their team while creating an exceptional experience for every customer who walks through our doors.
